As a trainer I have the privilege to be pre & post-natal trained. If you’re pregnant and looking to do some training throughout your trimesters or you have given birth already and are looking to either start or resume your fitness journey I can help guide you through that process.
Alongside training, nutrition is very important which I can give key advice on in order to help make life changing differences.
Having played football at a high level for a number of years I have gained valuable experience within sports specific training and the areas that need to be worked on the most as an athlete. Therefore if its sports specific/related training that you’re looking for I can provide that for you.
Online training is available if you have a busy schedule and find it hard to make time to go to the gym this may be the best option for you. This will help you stay on track and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Making training more flexible and easier to fit around your current schedule.
