Pickett Fitness provides a private personal training service in Surrey - Kingston Upon Thames and Walton On Thames to help you as an individual become a Healthier, Happier Version of You. All clients are different and require appropriate and effective one to one sessions to help with their specific needs. I share my knowledge with my clients and help them understand why we are doing certain exercises and what the benefits are of those particular exercises. I like to help my clients learn new and effective ways to train so they can incorporate our training into their own sessions when away from me. This includes a range of different training methods including functional training, interval training and many more. I offer the use of a private gym that requires no membership, as well as mobile training at parks, or within the home. Training mainly in the following areas: Kingston Upon Thames, Esher, Walton on Thames, Cobham and the surrounding areas.

One to one sessions
I offer one to one sessions in either a private gym, or within your home in Kingston upon Thames and Walton on Thames. Regardless of your ability/experience I will help you achieve your goals, learn new skills and most of all have fun and love being fit and healthy! If your lacking that bit of motivation to go to the gym. Or you wish to change your lifestyle to a more healthy one. These one to one sessions will benefit you in the best possible way. As a client you will get specific tailed programs to your needs. But most of all you will enjoy the session, and look forward to coming to the gym!
Group Sessions
Training with friends can be fun and competitive. Group sessions allow you to socialise with friends but also pushes you to the best of your ability, as you have that extra competition.
Variety of Services Offered:
As a trainer I have the privilege to be pre & post-natal trained. If you’re pregnant and looking to do some training throughout your trimesters or you have given birth already and are looking to either start or resume your fitness journey I can help guide you through that process. Alongside training, nutrition is very important which I can give key advice on in order to help make life changing differences. Having played football at a high level for a number of years I have gained valuable experience within sports specific training and the areas that need to be worked on the most as an athlete. Therefore if its sports specific/related training that you’re looking for I can provide that for you. Online training is available if you have a busy schedule and find it hard to make time to go to the gym this may be the best option for you. This will help you stay on track and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Making training more flexible and easier to fit around your current schedule.
